Keith Henson

Executive Director
Keith Henson began his career as an electrician with the IBEW before transitioning into the oil and construction industry, where he worked for 25 years as a Project Manager for major oil companies. His extensive experience in project management has honed his skills in leadership, strategy, and organization.
Keith is passionate about serving others, having served as a Christian Career Coach, Sunday School teacher, and volunteer mentor for Hopes Path. He’s also actively involved with Kairos Prison Ministry and serves on their advisory committee.
With a heart for transformation, Keith is now focused on shifting from success to significance by helping seniors in the community. His goal is to lead the Jackie Lou Foundation to become a sustainable organization that provides vital resources for seniors and their families.
Keith is an active member of Kingsland Baptist Church in Katy, Texas, where he continues to serve and give back to his community.
Tina Henson

Nurse Navigator
Tina Henson has always had a passion for helping others, starting as a candy-striper at age 13. With a background in emergency medicine and a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Tina has held leadership roles in long-term care, hospice, and community health.
As the RN Navigator at Jackie Lou Foundation, Tina uses her expertise to guide seniors and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of aging and connect with the right resources. She is committed to ensuring seniors live with dignity and independence.
Tina is also an active member of Kingsland Baptist Church in Katy, Texas, where she continues to serve the local community.
